Ingredients
- 1 – 12 oz. jar artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz. cream cheese, room temp
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 3 tbsp. jalapeños, diced with seeds removed
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Add artichokes, garlic, and jalapeños into the bowl of a food processor.
- Pulse until coarsely chopped.
- Add in parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream.
- Add lime juice, and garlic salt and salt and pepper to taste.
- Pulse until completely blended, but still slightly chunky.
- Spoon dip into bowl and garnish with jalapeño slices.
