This bikini martini recipe is such a fun and easy cocktail.
If you’re a fruity martini fan, this recipe is definitely for you!
There’s no vermouth in this recipe, making it more of a bikini drink than an official martini. That said, it’s served in a martini glass, so we all call it a bikini martini.
This drink is one of my favorite cocktails to enjoy with friends. It’s perfect for enjoying on the deck, overlooking the lake or ocean, and sitting in the warm sunshine.
What’s in a bikini martini?
The ingredients for this sweet martini are pretty simple:
- white rum
- vodka
- pineapple juice
- grenadine
How to make this sweet martini
To make this drink, you’ll need a martini shaker and glass. Add ice, white rum, vodka, pineapple juice, and grenadine. Just shake for 30 seconds, and strain into a chilled glass. Enjoy!
We had a few fresh raspberries on hand, so I tossed them on top for a garnish.
A slice of pineapple is a perfect garnish, and goes well with the flavor of the cocktail.
