Have your kids ever had a tummy ache after drinking milk?
A couple of years ago I started to notice that when my son has a cold or flu, he complains of having a tummy ache when he drinks cow’s milk.
As I watched his little sister, I saw that she was sometimes having the same stomach aches.
For the first few times, I thought it was just coincidence, but I began to wonder – what if they have a slight cow’s milk intolerance?
Much of the time they seem fine drinking cow’s milk, but the instant that they’re a bit sick or weak, cow’s milk seems to bother their sensitive stomachs.
Enter Kabrita goat milk.
Kabrita Goat Milk foods are gentle, naturally easy to digest, non-GMO and perfect for kids with a cow milk intolerance.
As a Mom of two kids with sensitive stomachs, I’m so happy to have found a mild milk that’s nutritious and gentle on their tummies.
I love the choice of flavors for the Kabrita goat milk yogurt and fruit: mixed berry, banana & natural vanilla bean, and mango peach. YUM!
My kids like all of the flavors, but the mixed berry is my son’s hands-down favorite.

A Little About Cow Milk Protein Allergies
Kabrita is NOT suitable for children with a confirmed cow milk protein allergy.
We often hear the terms allergy and intolerance interchangeably, but it can be a dangerous mistake.
So what’s the difference? Cow milk allergies are very rare but potentially very serious. Cow milk intolerance is quite rare, and although it causes discomfort, it is not life-threatening. Kabrita’s co-founder has written a very helpful post talking about the difference between the two.

I must be living under a rock, because I’ve never heard of this. What a great idea for those with sensitivities. I’ll be on the lookout for it now.
I have never heard of this brand before, but I need to try it. My kid loves pouches.
Well, who knew this was available? It’s great that there’s something for everyone now!
My son has a cow milk intolerance. I wonder if he would be able to handle this. I’ll have to give it a try, thank you!
I never thought to put my girls on goat’s milk! I noticed my girls not feeling well after cows milk as well so we switched to soy years ago. Of course now I read that isnt a good alternative – we may have to give this a try. Thanks for this – I never even thought about goats milk (which is crazy because I LOVE goat cheese!!)
I’m the only person in my household who hasn’t suffered from milk intolerance. Yet, I’m the only person who LOVES goat’s milk. I really wish I could get them to enjoy it. Maybe this is a great way to reintroduce it to my kids!
We had milk intolerance issues when Big Brother was under 2. Thankfully it is gone now but where was this when we needed it.
They sure do offer a great variety of products! I have never heard of this brand before, but it sounds great!
I must say that I never heard of this product. I’m always up for trying new things though. Will have my hubby pick some up sometime. Thank you for sharing.
I’ve never heard of this brand before, but it looks amazing. As a child, I too, had a sensitivity to cow’s milk. Since I was born and lived in Hawaii, my mother gave me coconut milk, which made me a chubby baby. 🙂 Glad to see there are so many alternatives to cow’s milk intolerance.
My daughter has recently been complaining of stomach aches every time she drinks milk, so we’re off to the doctor to see if she may have a lactose intolerance. It’s good to know that Goat’s milk is an alternative…
Thanks!! Excited to be able to try these out. 🙂
